Your FEELINGS are real, yes! They are your raw emotions and you need to feel them ALL THE WAY! Until you do, they will consume your thoughts and lead to your impulsive, often irrational decisions.  

The FACTS are your responsibilities that you must fulfill. It is your CAN-DO but DON’T WANT TO, but you are required to accept any way. It is a circumstance that IS-WHAT-IT-IS!

Your PURPOSE is your destiny. It is what the universe expects from you. It is the gift you have to offer to your circumstance. 

Allow your purpose to drive your destiny, not your feelings. Feelings will influence your emotions.  Your emotions influence your behavior. Facts are obstacles for you to accept and overcome.  Purpose is your willingness to transcend your circumstances one step at a time to fulfill your destiny.

These are my not-so-little-babies——19 year son, 15 year old daughter. If you are now, or have ever been a young single mom: struggling with depression, domestic violence, divorce, poverty, Graduate studies, and an autoimmune illness—-you get the struggle.

As you follow my blog, you will read my personal experiences of falling short of being my best self and training myself through my own studies in health, fitness, education, and life that this journey we are all on is one that deserves our BEST efforts.

My children recently lost their father, my ex-husband, and once-upon-a-time friend to Renal Carcinoma. He was diagnosed in January, the month he turned 40, and he passed away a few weeks ago.

Naturally, my children are devastated and heartbroken, my feelings are complex as, I, too am managing every corner of my own mentale and emotional health and my own.

Gratefully, I can recognize the feelings that accompany this trauma in my children’s lives and their family.

I disclose this information to open a window into my present world; in addition to managing my multiple sclerosis, emotional and mental wellness, fitness, business owner and full-time teacher.

It is all a balance. So when I tell YOU, YOU GOT THIS…KNOW THAT YOU DO! AND SMILE THE CARES AWARE ONE STEP, ONE DAY, AT A TIME…

YOUR FIRST THOUGHT IS YOUR SMALL INNER VOICE SPEAKING LOUDLY

If you are anything like me, you struggle with making hard decisions. Or you struggle with just about any decision that may or may not be life changing for you or someone else. First, let me assure you that, presuming your heart is clean, or at least well-meaning, geared toward the best intentions—your heart, soul, conscience knows how to direct your path. If you are not sure what your soul really desires from you, I ask you to do yourself a favor: search your thoughts, throw away your opinions, AND the opinions of others, sit still, turn off any distractions around you. Watch your thoughts like a movie, then choose the scene that brings you the most peace, calm, satisfaction, NOT happiness. Because sometimes our best decisions are void of a happy feeling, and full of contentment. Get to know the difference! Practice Stillness! Practice Listening to your Soul-Speak, Your God-Space.

CHANGE YOUR LIFE’S DEFAULT SETTING

You’re default setting is setting you up for not manifesting what you really want in your life. Take one step at a time. MOVE in the direction you want to be in. You can never read this enough. Anything we consume in our lives through our senses, sight, hearing, touch, will become a habit. Change your sensory habits and you’ll see, not the world around you change, but your perception of it will!

YOU DESERVE IT ALL!

You have many demands on your life. Whether it is your own expectations or someone else’s, you want or have to give 100% to it all. You feel it’s all a bit too much. 

You give more fuel from your tank to others and leave little for yourself. And now your tank is on E. Your engine is breaking down. So, how do you replenish your tank without and balance your obligations:

  1. Accept your feelings of overwhelm. 
  2. Accept your role in fixing your stuff. 
  3. Write down ALL of your obligations. 
  4. Create a list of HAVE-TO’s (if you don’t do, something is adversely affected or destroyed). 
  5. Create a list of WANT-TO (if you don’t do, you or someone else will be uncomfortable). 
  6. Order your list of have-to’s from most to least important. 
  7. Order your list of want-to’s from most to least important. 
  8. Create a schedule for yourself alternating top 3 HAVE-TO’s with top 1 WANT-TO. 
  9. Meditate on How Beautiful, Loving, and Powerful You Are for at least 10 minutes. 
  10. REPEAT steps 8 and 9 until you complete all or your obligations.
